Property prices by commune.
Compare adjusted apartment sale prices recorded in notarial deeds with average house asking prices. These two distinct indicators help prepare a local valuation.
Apartment figures statistically exclude ancillary units such as garages, parking spaces and cellars. House figures come from listings before negotiation and are not completed sale prices.

How should these benchmarks be read?
The period runs from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The data was published on 25 June 2026 and the ECK model was verified on 3 August 2026. A « ≈ » marks an ECK benchmark where the statistical publication threshold was not met.
- Apartment: sales of existing apartments recorded in notarial deeds, adjusted to exclude ancillary units and published only when at least ten transactions are available.
- House: average asking prices in listings over twelve months, before negotiation.
- Land is not valued separately in the ECK examples.
These figures are indicative. They do not replace an on-site visit or analysis of the property, its documents and current competing listings.
