Services, fees and limits
Before any commitment, the scope, service provider, fees or calculation method and applicable terms are disclosed in writing in a mandate, offer or quotation.
Published valuations and information are general and indicative. They do not constitute a final valuation or legal, tax or financial advice. Additional services are arranged on request and subject to availability, with the provider, scope and price confirmed in writing.
Complaints and mediation
A complaint may first be sent to ECK Immobilière by email or post. If unresolved, the consumer may, subject to legal conditions, request free and voluntary mediation from the national consumer mediator.

Requests and contracts
This website only allows you to request information, a visit or a quotation. No order is placed, no real-estate mandate is entered into and no payment obligation is incurred online. Any commitment is documented separately and accepted in writing.
If a distance or off-premises contract is later made with a consumer, the pre-contractual information, confirmation on a durable medium and, where applicable, the 14-day withdrawal right are provided before performance. Guichet.lu · distance contracts ↗
Scope of additional services
Real-estate permits /0, /1 and /2 do not automatically authorise clearance, transport, cleaning, painting, other works or furniture trading. ECK Services coordinates these assignments only after checking the applicable authorisation framework.
Depending on the assignment, the work is performed by a duly authorised ECK entity or an authorised, qualified and insured partner. Minor work is strictly non-technical. Regulated work is assigned to authorised contractors. Waste is collected, transported and treated only through the applicable authorised channels. Guichet.lu · business permits ↗
The quotation identifies the contracting operator, scope, relevant permits, destination of items, total price including VAT and terms.
Official permit verification
The official 2D code shown above and the official register allow permits 10174505 / 0, / 1 and / 2 to be checked: Official register · permit 10174505 ↗.
Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
ECK first handles each written complaint directly. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, ECK provides details of the competent ADR entity on a durable medium and states whether ECK agrees to participate or is required to do so. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 ↗
Accessibility
The site is designed for keyboard use, explicit labels, a logical heading structure and sufficient colour contrast. No formal accessibility audit has yet been completed and full conformance is not claimed. Report a barrier at contact@eck-immobiliere.lu or by phone; ECK will provide an alternative way to obtain the information or make the request where reasonably possible.
