Automation notice.
A rule-based browser tool that makes no autonomous decisions and uses no external AI provider in this version.
Updated: 30 August 2026
How it currently works
ECK Assist offers simple choices to clarify a property project and prepare an email. This version uses predefined rules in your browser; it calls no external artificial intelligence model and does not retain your answers.
What the tool can do
- structure an initial request;
- remind you which useful details to prepare;
- make it easier to contact ECK.
What it does not do
The tool does not replace an on-site visit, a professional valuation or personalised advice. It gives no legal, tax or financial advice and makes no decision about a price, access to a service, a contract or the next step in a request.
Human oversight and caution
Recommendations, negotiations and final values remain under human control. Do not enter sensitive data, identity documents, bank details or confidential information in the prepared text. Contact ECK directly for a reliable and tailored analysis.
Classification of this version
ECK Assist follows fixed rules written in the application code. It does not generate responses with a model and must therefore not be presented as an artificial-intelligence adviser.
If a conversational AI system is connected later, this notice, the privacy information and the interface must be updated before activation so that users are clearly informed that they are interacting with AI and how the relevant functionality operates. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ↗
