House and apartment clearance in Luxembourg

Whether you need to empty a house, clear an apartment or sort furniture, ECK Services reviews the volume, access and intended destination of the items. We then coordinate the companies named in the quote, with the scope agreed before work begins.

Request a clearance

What we can coordinate

  • Full or partial clearance of a house, apartment, cellar or attic, subject to access and feasibility.
  • Sorting items to keep, items suitable for reuse or sale, and items requiring waste treatment.
  • Removal and waste treatment by the authorised operator identified in the quote.
  • Possible coordination with a final clean or preparation for a property sale.

How is the quote prepared?

Volume, handling, access, sorting, transport and waste treatment affect the quote. A site visit may be necessary. Reusable furniture reduces the cost only if a purchase or sale arrangement has been assessed and agreed in writing.

Details to include in your enquiry

  • The commune, property type and rooms or storage areas concerned.
  • Approximate volume, bulky furniture and items that must be kept.
  • Floor level, lift, stairs, parking and preferred timing.
  • Who is authorised to decide what happens to the items, particularly for an inherited estate.

Your questions

Is clearance free if the furniture has value?

Not automatically. Only an agreed purchase value or a written commission-sale arrangement can be taken into account. A description alone does not establish entitlement to free clearance.

Can you coordinate clearance of an inherited property?

A solution can be considered after checking access and the authority of the person giving instructions. Items to be kept and items that may be removed must be identified before the work.

What about hazardous products or special waste?

Tell us about them in your enquiry. Hazardous products and materials requiring specialist treatment are not included by default. An appropriately authorised operator must confirm how they can be handled.
