How is the quote prepared?
Tasks, time, materials, access and the businesses involved determine the quote. A visit may be needed. Supplies, protection of the premises and any waste removal must be specified in the offer.

Can you arrange painting?
We can review the request. Painting is entrusted to an authorised business identified in the offer. Tell us which rooms and surfaces are involved and their condition.
Are electrical and plumbing jobs included?
No. These are not small non-technical jobs. Regulated work must be assessed separately and performed by a business holding the required authorisations.
Can I combine the work with clearance or cleaning?
Yes, describe the full project. The quote sets out the agreed tasks, their order, the businesses involved and the schedule. A preferred date is not a confirmed booking.
