How is the quote prepared?
Floor area alone is not enough to price a clean. Condition, materials, fittings, products and time also matter. Windows, appliances and specialist tasks must be expressly included in the quote to be covered.

- The commune, approximate floor area and number of rooms concerned.
- The property’s condition: occupied or empty, end of tenancy, recent work or particular soiling.
- Surfaces, fittings and any window-cleaning requirements.
- Access, water, electricity and your preferred key-handover date.

How should I plan cleaning before the check-out inspection?
Give the inspection date, when the property will be empty and when keys are accessible. Describe the rooms, surfaces and tasks required. If clearance or moving is also requested, the sequence and providers’ availability must be confirmed before scheduling the clean.
Are windows and appliances included?
Only when those tasks appear in the accepted offer. Specify the items to clean, their condition and accessibility in your enquiry.
Does cleaning guarantee that my rental deposit is returned?
No. Cleaning does not determine the check-out inspection or obligations under the lease. It covers the tasks agreed with the provider and does not guarantee the landlord’s decision.
Can cleaning be scheduled after clearance?
Yes, a coordinated arrangement can be considered so cleaning follows removal of the items. Both services, the companies involved and the schedule must be specified in the offer.
