A non-binding request, a clearly identified operator

Submitting an enquiry form does not create an order, a property agency mandate or a payment obligation. A written offer may then be presented separately in your customer area; expressly accepting it is a separate step that can create a payment obligation. Confirmation of the order and appointment is shown separately. ECK Services coordinates work after checking feasibility. The work is performed by the duly authorised company ECK IMMOBILIERE S.à r.l.-S. or authorised, qualified and insured professional partners. Before any commitment, the quotation identifies the contracting operator, scope, relevant permits, destination of items, total price including VAT and terms.

Can I request several services together?

Yes. Describe several needs in one enquiry, such as clearance followed by cleaning. ECK Services checks feasibility and the order of work. The agreed services and companies involved are identified in the written offer.

What information helps prepare a quote?

Include the commune, services required, approximate area or volume, access and preferred date. A site visit may be needed. The quote sets out the scope, provider, VAT-inclusive price and terms before you commit.

Which communes can I request a service for?

ECK Services reviews enquiries across Luxembourg. Specify the commune and, for a move, both departure and destination communes. A proposal depends on access, the route and the availability of the companies involved.

Is my selected date reserved immediately?

No. The form submits an enquiry and your preferred date. The service scope, price and schedule must be confirmed in writing. An enquiry reference is not a booking confirmation.
